Trend and development

Over the past few years, our management and selected process engineers have not only significantly increased the quality of the cells manufactured and the capacity for so-called Taylor Made Cells (TMC) as the basis of our competitiveness compared to the Asian low-cost competitors. The transition from 3 to 4 and 5 busbar process technology was also implemented for our customers - state-of-the-art solutions from a single source. Thanks to our permanent commitment to research and development of marketable products, we are able to develop a future-proof migration to highly efficient systems. For this purpose, the cooperation with well-known regional research institutes and universities in our field was intensified and joint research projects with renowned research partners were initiated. While the main competitor continues to rely on polycrystalline products, strong and visionary companies are pushing the monocrystalline "PERC" technology. We decided to take the next step in this research competition ... the passivated emitter, a totally diffused cell on the back (PERTcell). After the market launch, this guarantees our customers a cell efficiency of at least 24%, a better temperature coefficient and a longer lifespan for our end products. Bifacial technology is also the focus of our development work. Both will be the basis for our next generation of roof and building integration energy systems.

Quality solar modules "Made in Germany"

With us you have the choice: The technical planning for our module design, the technical properties and the core components are created for our modules in Germany. The modules of the Professional series are 100% Made in Germany, Premium modules are manufactured in China on a specially designed production line with components that we supply ourselves and are subject to our quality control, which we guarantee through our own company in China. Our BudgetLine modules are made in China using Chinese material. Our local company is also responsible for quality control here.

We secure our performance and standard requirements through the highest demands on the quality of our producers and our own production processes. This leads to the lowest complaint rate over many years.

Highest performance, resilience and service life.

All Tecinnova International products comply with the IEC standards and are additionally tested for fire protection, increased hail resistance, ammonia resistance and numerous other aspects.

Tecinnova International modules have been successfully tested by TÜV for extreme mechanical loads and withstand high loads per square meter with maximum wind loads.

 

Security and maximum profit protection

Tecinnova International product guarantee is up to 30 years for glass / glass modules and 25 years for glass / film modules. Thanks to the production location in Germany and the associated German jurisdiction, the guarantee for you and your customers is absolutely fair, balanced and enforceable.

Deliveries from the production location in Germany can be realized as quickly as possible and guaranteed at short notice and on time.

Roof-integrated photovoltaic systems - aesthetic and powerful

 

Solrif, the patented photovoltaic in-roof mounting system from Ernst Schweizer AG in Hedingen, turns a frameless standard module into a solar roof tile and thus replaces the classic tile roofing on a sloping roof. In contrast to rooftop systems, the roof-integrated mounting system represents a real integration.

As tight as a tiled roof
The Tecinnovation PV in-roof system is suitable for new buildings and roof renovations as a brick replacement and offers a whole range of advantages: The sub-roof is designed like a conventional tiled roof. The material required for the conventional roof and a complex assembly step can be saved, however, and there is also a high degree of design freedom, since solutions for complete roof coverings, partial areas and combinations with thermal collectors or roof penetrations (skylights, chimney, etc.) are possible. The special shape of the profiles also favors sliding snow and self-cleaning by rainwater - so that the solar cells can always produce the maximum amount of electricity.
